Two Steps from Hell（中文译名两步逃离地狱、地狱边缘、地狱咫尺、逃陷地狱），成立于2006年3月，总部设于Los Angeles，是一家专业的音乐制作公司，Two Steps from Hell 是由Nick Phoenix和Thomas Bergersen共同创办，他们创作的音乐类型属于SOUNDTRACK（原声配乐）。

Thomas的音乐刚柔并济，特别擅长柔中带刚，Female Vocal是Thomas的招牌，他的个人Solo专辑Nemesis无与伦比、震撼人心。Nick Phoenix，音频界著名的领军人物，很多专业的音频合成师、作曲家、音频导演对这个名字应该非常熟悉，因为他是著名的East West音色出品公司的两位创始人之一。他们的音乐大气恢宏，擅长史诗、动作、黑暗、恐怖、戏剧、喜剧等。

截至2020年，该音乐公司已公开发行了《Invincible》《Archangel》《Legend》《Sky World》等专辑，而特别的是一片原名为《Nemesis II》的专辑因不明原故改为《Illusions》，并以公司成员 柏格森之名发行。而他们的成名曲[Heart of Courage]出现于2011年12月1日在Madrid的World Youth Day，再之后这首歌更被当作2012年UEFA Euro的开幕曲。随着与日俱增的人气，TSFH的乐曲也越来越常出现于收音机、网络影片、自制电影等 媒体之中，可谓新一代的音乐巨擘。

Two Steps From Hell was formed back in 2006 when Thomas Bergersen and Nick Phoenix joined forces to write original music for movie trailers. Bergersen moved from Trondheim, Norway, to the United States in 2003, along with Phoenix, who began composing in 1997, before moving to Los Angeles. The two formed the company in early 2006, and have composed music for over 1,000 major motion picture trailers.

Two Steps From Hell were one of the pioneers of making so-called “trailer music” more than just that, essentially helping turn it into its own genre by combining classical and more modern sounds in an epic amalgamation of music. I think it’s often one of the more underrated styles of music, and Two Steps From Hell have consistently put out record after record full of songs that bring out every different emotion you could think of with their beautifully-orchestrated compositions.

Battlecry (Two Steps from Hell album)
Battlecry is the eighth public album by the group Two Steps from Hell, released April 28, 2015. It consists of 26 tracks written by composers Thomas J. Bergersen and Nick Phoenix. This album features mostly all-new tracks, except for “Amaria” from the Amaria album. It features vocal performances by Merethe Soltvedt, Nick Phoenix and Felicia Farerre.

Battlecry is the first public album by Two Steps from Hell being released on two discs and furthermore the first public release to feature instrumental versions of two tracks. The cover artwork and the sleeve are designed by Steven R. Gilmore.

The track Cannon in D Minor was uploaded in 2014 by Four For Music, Ltd. on YouTube as a demonstration track for their collaboration with Two Steps from Hell.

The original version of the opening track, “None Shall Live,” is also available as a commercial single entitled “Children of the Sun,” featuring vocals by Merethe Soltvedt.

The album was later re-released in 2017 as Battlecry Anthology, featuring instrumental and orchestral versions of all the tracks from the original album.
